Instead, it tells the story of very real people, who, instead of battling dragons or mutants, have to face very real horrors every day of their real lives. One moment, you spend an hour answering bunch of calls about seemingly nothing, explaining to people that their problems/requests are non-emergency and they are blocking the line, or trivial things like illegally parked cars.
